Structure / Function:
Nach dem Kran-Prinzip, als mobiles Transport- und Hebegerät.
The telescopic height-adjustable stand is equipped with a mechanical double cable winch.
With the adjustable return brake (red lever on the crank), the winch brake can be blocked against involuntary run-off and braked specifically when lowering, depending on the lifting weight.
The frames are lifted horizontally without tilting by means of two parallel traction cables.
The Spatz D260 Beehive lifter (wheel diameter260mm) is particularly suitable for
for energy-saving transport on largely level terrain and in rooms with confined space.
Equipped with the scissor grab (standard), it supports beekeepers with the usual lifting work at the apiary. Also when transporting heavy honey containers made of plastic or stainless steel in the honey room, the scissor grab is exchanged for a container grab (max. 80kg) or Hobock grab (25kg / 40kg). Thanks to the smaller wheel diameter of 26cm, it has a smaller space requirement.
For transport over a longer distance, the container is lowered onto the roller foot.
Option: Container gripper for stainless steel containers with bow handles
Option: Hobock gripper for plastic containers with 25kg or 40kg
Option: Support forks when lifting frames on sloping hive stands:
With support forks that are attached to the telescopic column with a clamping device, the Z. lifter can be supported on the hive frame or pallet surface for lifting the load, even without a chassis.
Application at the apiary with a few simple steps:
- Adjusting the required lifting height on the telescopic stand.
- Approach of the Z. Lifter to the prey.
- Lower the scissor grab to about 10cm above the frame to be lifted.
- Clamp the cable winch (red clamping lever on the crank).
- Unlock the scissors-type grapple (push the locking ring into the centre of the axle).
- Lift the frame(s) up to the stop under the winch.
Now the lifted frames can be moved away from the working area behind the hive.
To drain the frame(s), die Windenbremse (am roten Klemmhebel) geringfügig, je nach gehobenem Gewicht lösen.
